Just the mention of corn and cheese makes this starter worth a try, because this duo is a great hit with people of all age groups. Allow the peppy, cheesy corn mixture to cool well, otherwise you will not be able to shape it. Once that step is through, then the Corn Cheese Balls are easy to prepare. You will love the crisp, golden coloured appearance of this starter, which comes out so perfectly thanks to the coating of bread crumbs. It is so visually appealing and scrumptious to bite into that this item will be wiped off in no time – tough competition for the other starters you serve!

This recipe will be unlike any cutlet you have tried so far – it is not made of potatoes, spinach, raw bananas or any of the usual stuff! the thai sweet corn cutlet is made from a contrasting combination of juicy sweet corn kernels and fierily pungent red curry paste. If this is not spiky enough, the hot and sweet dip will doubtlessly push this cutlet into the spicy category!
Punjabi food embodies spices at their best! The Paneer Amritsari Tikka proves this fact once again. Succulent strips of paneer are marinated in a tongue-tickling mix of carom seeds and other spicy ingredients. Once the spongy paneer soaks in all the vibrant flavours, it is ready to be deep-fried and served fresh with a seasoning of peppy chaat masala. Your taste buds will revel in the burst of flavours that every single piece of paneer is sure to create on your palate.
This dip is as unique and exciting as its name! The Tzatziki Dip is a Lebanese dip made with hung curds and cucumber, flavoured with garlic and dill leaves. The peppy taste of this dip makes it a great accompaniment for pita bread. Although no cream is used in the recipe, the Tzatziki Dip is very creamy because of the hung curds. To get the authentic texture, it is important to get really thick hung curds. You can also try other nice dips like the Queso Dip and the Nacho Chips with Cheese Dip .

A very attractive snack, which wins your heart not only with its wonderful herby flavour but also with its unique form! The Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart French Bread involves a tactful way of cutting the bread (shown in the image below), which lets you pull it apart upon baking, giving way to the gooey cheese filling that has strong shades of garlic and oregano. This can be served as a starter along with soup or with pasta as part of the main course.

Crispy treats for your tooth and taste buds, Nacho Chips have a characteristic texture that is quite different from other chips, perhaps due to the combination of maize flour and plain flour. While a sprinkling of carom seeds and oregano imparts enough aroma and flavour for most purposes, you can add a little chilli powder if you like your chips spicy. Enjoy crunchy Nacho Chips with your favourite dip.

Potatoes, cut into fingers, absorb the flavours of the sauces very well and mingle nicely with the crunchy spring onions as well, resulting in a tongue-tickling starter for your meal. Crostini sounds like the name of a famous music composer, but it isn’t! It is a class of Italian appetizers, made of small slices of grilled or toasted bread, brushed with butter or olive oil, and topped with varied cheeses, sauces, veggies or even fruits. The crostini might be seasoned with spices and herbs for added zing. Crostinis range from simple ones with just herbs and sauces to more elaborate ones with several toppings.
