The exhilarating flavour of cocoa blends beautifully with mellow flavours like vanilla, and contrasts amazingly with tangy tastes like orange. It also works well with spices like nutmeg and nuts like almond, cashew and hazelnut. This makes chocolate and cocoa powder very versatile ingredients, which can be used to flavour pancake and cake batters, cookie dough and more. A few chocolate chips in a vanilla cookie is enough to make the mood upbeat, while a glazing of chocolate will transform a simple sponge cake into an exotic creation.

We brings you some of our favourite chocolate-flavoured recipes, from the Chocolate Mug Cake and Chocolate Brownies with Eggs , to the Chocolate Cookies , Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Ice- Cream , including exclusive ones like the basic recipes like the Eggless Chocolate Cake Pressure Cooker recipe that can add charm to other desserts.
