To make a perfect ice-cream follow these tips.
1. Set the control of the freezer compartment of the refrigerator at the highest point one hour in advance.
2. Chill the equipment i.e. bowls, whisks spatulas before use.
3. Ice-cream will freeze faster in a shallow metal container.
4. The ice-cream will fully set within one hour. At this stage, remove it from the freezer and beat it with a fork to break all the ice crystals to obtain a smoother ice-cream.
