Here is a cheesy, tangy mini pizza, which can be an awesome starter for your kitty party! Since we have used readymade mini pizza bases, this recipe is also very easy to make.
It is the mix of toppings, ranging from olives and jalapenos to cherry tomatoes that makes this snack very exciting.
A generous sprinkling of cheese and herbs makes the Mini Pizza Topped with Olive, Jalapeno and Cherry Tomato a very aromatic and tasty treat. Make sure you serve it immediately after baking.

- Grease a baking tray with ¼ tsp of olive oil and place the mini pizza bases on it.
- Spread a little of the prepared topping over each pizza base. Drizzle ½ tsp olive oil evenly over the mini pizzas.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 12 to 15 minutes or till the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately.
