  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide it into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

I made this recipe and it was great.. the creaminess of cream and mayonnaise added to the vegetables makes it fab...the pineapple gives a nice sweetness to this sandwich...

Can we store these sandwiches for 2 days. Do they remain fresh???

No, we would not recommend storing it. This sandwich is best consumed immediately. If you wish, you can store the Russian salad and make the sandwich just before serving.

Hi, For Russian salad pineapple is a must. But if you do not like the taste, you can completely avoid it.
