2 tsp carrot for spreading
1 tsp butter for spreading
1 tsp green chutney for spreading
1/2 cup bean sprouts
To Be Mixed Together Into A Paneer Topping
1 cup crumbled low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
For The Garnish
1 tbsp grated carrot
few drops of tabasco sauce
