Here is a delicious paneer carrot brown bread toast which is an instant breakfast option, made with toasted brown bread slices topped with a sumptuous mixture of low-fat cottage cheese, grated carrots, tomatoes et al.
To make carrot and paneer toast, combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Divide into 5 equal portions. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

What is carrot paneer toast made off? carrot paneer toast is made from 5 toasted brown bread slices, 3/4 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup crumbled low fat paneer (cottage cheese), 1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania), 1 tsp low fat butter and salt to taste.

Low fat paneer is has all the same nutrients as full-fat paneer, but it is minus the fat.
Add 1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes.
Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies.
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania).

Divide into 5 equal portions.
