Add the paneer and capsicum to it and keep aside for 15 minutes. To make the paneer tikka, arrange the marinated paneer and capsicum pieces in a shallow glass dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve the paneer tikka hot, sprinkled with the chaat masala.
