हमने बेसन का उपयोग करके झटपट खमन ढोकला बनाया, लेकिन इसे चना दाल को भिगोकर और पीसकर भी बनाया जा सकता है।

बेसन का आटा बहुत शोषक होता है और इसे ऐपेटाइज़र की किस्मों को बनाते समय एक बाध्यकारी एजेंट के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है (जैसा कि कबाब / टिक्का / पैटी हो). गरम पनीर टिक्का को पुदीने की चटनी के साथ परोसे!
