With varied types of crunch by way of roasted poha, fried peanuts and fried chana dal along with cashews, the Maharashtrian poha chivda is a perfect choice for Diwali. Well, there is another variation of chivda using the thick variety of poha. This Jada Poha Chivda is different from the roasted poha, as this involves frying the thick poha.
