Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched quartered mushrooms (khumb)
- 1 cup blanched broccoli florets
- 1 cup lettuce , torn into pieces
- 1 cup capsicum cubes (green , red and yellow)
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites
- 1 cup blanched baby corn cubes
To Be Mixed Into A Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cream

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well.
- Just before serving , pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately.

I love mushrooms.. using them in a salad with a creamy dressing gave it a very nice taste. Its a no fuss salad..Can have just this salad for dinner and enjoy!!
