Ingredients
For The Dressing (makes 1/2 Cup)
- 5 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 whole dry Kashmiri red chilli , broken into pieces
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
Other Ingredients
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cups chopped mixed fruits (apple , greenapple , pineapple)
- 1/2 cup boiled , peeled and chopped potatoes
- 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer, using 5 tbsp of water till smooth. Keep aside.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
- Serve chilled.
