This salad is a mélange of flavors and colors. It is quiet refreshing with the combination of fresh vegetables and tangy pineapple prepared in citrus sweet dressing. 

Toss in crisp iceberg lettuce, it adds a definite crunch to the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant-looking salad. We have added sunflower seeds to give it a bite. 

You can add any seeds of your choice while preparing the salad to make it crispy or just to garnish and make it look more appetizing.
