Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/2 cup tomato , cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup cucumber , cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup basil leaves , torn into pieces
To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- a pinch of powdered sugar
- salt and to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and refrigerate till chilled.

- Just before serving pour the dressing and toss gently.

- Serve immediately.
