Method
For broken wheat salad
  1. Apply ½ tbsp of oil evenly over the green and red capsicum. Pierce each of them with a fork and roast them over a medium flame till they turn black.
  2. Immerse them in water and remove the skin, stem and seeds and chop into 25 mm. (1”) cubes, keep aside.
  3. To make a dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and sea salt.
  4. In a big bowl put the dalia (broken wheat ), roasted coloured capsicum, kabuli chana (chick peas ) and parsley.
  5. Cover with a cling wrap and chill in fridge till serving.
  6. Just before serving add the dressing. Toss well.
  7. Serve broken wheat salad with chick peas and peppers immediately.
