1/2 cup coloured capsicum cubes
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup apple cubes
1/2 cup orange segments , cut into halves
2 tbsp chopped raisins (kismis) , optional

To Be Mixed Together Into A Low-calorie Thousand Island Dressing
1/4 cup curd (dahi)
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
2 tsp finely chopped onions
2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/8 tsp salt to taste

I made this at home & it was very simple & easy 2 make, specially the low calorie thousand island dressing. I never thought it will be so delicious. must try for all the people who believes in dieting to get a different taste then your regular diet food.
