Ingredients
To Be Blended Into Fruity Dressing
1/2 cup papaya cubes
1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Other Ingredients
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
(kala chana, chawli (cow pea / lobhia)
1/2 cup apple cubes , with the skin
1/2 cup pomegranate (anar)
1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach (palak)
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
- Just before serving, add the chilled dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.

Addition of fruits to the salad takes a normal sprout salad from being normal to extraordinary. Curd forms a very creamy dressing. After trying the recipe you might fall in love with salads all over again.

papaya ko curd k sath blend kiya h ya direct cubes add karne h?

Hi Nisha, As the recipe says we have to blend the papaya along with the curds.
