1 cup boiled mixed sprouts
3/4 cup chopped apple
3/4 cup orange segments

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
3/4 cup thick curds (dahi)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp organic honey
salt to taste
