- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
- Roll a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the roti using ¼ tsp of oil and cook till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 4 more rotis.
- Serve the green garlic multigrain roti immediately.

Add chopped fresh green garlic. Green garlic is abundantly available in winter and this is an amazing way to include in your regular diet. It is full of anti-oxidants and boosts our immune system.
Add chopped coriander for a refreshing earthy flavor.
Mix well and combine all the ingredients.
Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
