  2. Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds and green chillies, sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the carrot, cauliflower, green peas, french beans and little salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the soaked sanwa millet and 2 cups of hot water, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
