Carrot and black grape juice, carrots are rich in vitamin a and promote good vision. Here, they are combined with the sweet dry flavour of black grapes to prepare a nourishing yet enjoyable drink. And what a knockout colour combination!
glass used: rock glass
Method- Combine the carrots with ¾ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.
- Combine the carrot juice, black grapes, cumin seed powder and black salt in a mixer and blend well to a smooth juice.
- In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice. Pour equal quantity of the juice over it. Serve immediately.
