2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables
1 tsp olive oil or oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
salt to taste
2 tbsp quick cooking oats
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
For garlic vegetable soup
- To make garlic vegetable soup, heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Heat the 1 tsp oil in a deep non-stick pan. You can use the same quantity of olive oil to make the soup healthier.
