Main Ingredients
- 3/4 cup grated processed cheese
- 1/2 cup potato cubes
- 1/2 cup carrot cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped french beans
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp plain flour (maida)

- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

For The Garnish
- 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
- Heat the butter in a non-stick kadhai, add the plain flour and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add all the vegetables, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetable stock and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 12 to 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the fresh cream, parsley, pepper powder and cheese, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Serve hot garnished with cheese.

This soup is so different from the regular vegetable soups. If you love cheese, you are going to love this too! It has such a wonderful flavour of cheese and cream, that you simply fall in love with it.
