Collection of Veg Cheese Pizzas

Pizza is something that all of us relish. This lip smacking dish with an Italian origin, consisting of a shallow breadlike crust covered with seasoned tomato sauce, cheese and variety of vegetable toppings. A fun food to play around with virtually any kind of topping ranging from fruits to dry fruits, from peanut butter, to paneer.

Although Pizzas are readily available in the neighborhood pizzeria, they never seem to taste as a good a real home-made pizza. Sometimes you just want to try different varieties and types of pizza according to your taste and preference that you just don’t get outside.

That is why we have given a few classic Pizza recipes and some unusual ones for you to try out! From the most common, the Margherita, which is coated with a rich tomato sauce, white mozzarella and topped with basil to represent Italy’s flag, to the most uncommon, Bhakri pizza, a delectable street food you will find in the lanes of Gujarat.

Some of these recipes are a fusion of sorts, like the Macaroni Pizza, and some don’t even require baking and can be easily made on a Pan.  These veg pizza recipes will definitely be a hit in your home. Do try your hand in baking them and impress your family and friends.

Surprise, surprise! Now, you can make mouth-watering pizzas at home, even if you do not have a convection or microwave oven. All you need is a broad non-stick pan and a bit of tact. This delicious Pizza-in-a-Pan is colourful and attractive, with a range of lip-smacking toppings and seasonings ranging from colourful capsicums, crunchy baby corn and juicy zucchini, to a tangy pizza sauce, and of course loads of cheese. The secret to making the perfect pizza in a pan, is to cook on a very slow flame as these pizzas tend to cook faster than in an oven and will get crisp soon. If you cook it on a high flame, it will get burnt even before all the toppings are cooked. So, if you patiently cook it on a slow flame, the outcome will be absolutely delightful!

A soft crust topped with a zesty pizza sauce and smothered with a generous layer of cheese, this basil flavoured pizza is sure to impress you with its simple elegance. Enjoy with a glass of Pineapple and Lemonade Drink or Fresh Peach Fizzy Drink by the side.

Made of all-fresh ingredients, without requiring any pre-packaged pizza sauce, this Tomato Cheese Pizza has a nice tangy-spicy-herby taste and juicy-cheesy mouth-feel, which you are sure to enjoy. Basically, most of the ingredients that usually go into the pizza sauce are all layered on the pizza itself along with toppings like tomatoes and olives, all of which gives out an intense aroma and rich taste on baking. Enjoy this fresh and hot out of the oven.
A classic recipe that has stood the test of time... we present to you the ever-popular Vegetable Pizza. While this is a basic pizza that is easy and quick to prepare, it has a universal appeal and is the safest bet to place on a party menu. We have used readymade pizza base, so you can prepare the pizzas in a jiffy. A colourful assortment of veggies gives this pizza an interesting crunch, while pizza sauce and a dash of spices and herbs give it an awesome flavour. Cheese, of course, makes the pizza what it is, so we need to say nothing about. Pizza lovers, we would also suggest you try other recipes like the Tomato and Cheese Pizza and Tandoori Paneer Pizza .

This homemade Four Cheese Pizza poses stiff competition to popular store-bought variants like ‘cheese burst’ and ‘cheese overload’. This pizza is made from the ground up – we are going to make everything from the dough to the base and the toppings ourselves – and that is what gives it a totally fabulous texture and flavour. Herby seasonings add a lot of punch to this cheesy pizza, which is topped with four delectable varieties of cheese and tomatoes. An abundance of cheese also means that this pizza must be enjoyed as soon as it is baked, before the cheese gets chewy, so be ready with your fork and knife! To enhance your pizza meal pair it with a glass of your favourite beverage.
Anybody game for a double-decker pizza? If you love such sandwiches, you will love this pizza even more. Two pizza bases, sandwiched with pizza sauce and cheese, are then coated with a crunchy and flavourful veggie topping, which features sun-dried tomatoes for tang and mixed herbs for flavour. Due to the additional layer of cheese, the Double Layered Cheese Veggie Crunch Pizza is a richer and more sumptuous treat than normal pizzas.

Sumptuous and lip-smacking, nobody will have anything to complain about this pizza! A topping of herbed macaroni and garlic combined with a peppy red capsicum sauce makes this pizza really appetizing. Cooking and chopping the macaroni ensures that it blends uniformly with the other ingredients.
