જુવારનો લોટ ના ફાયદા, આરોગ્ય લાભો (benefits of jowar flour, jowar ka atta, white millet flour, sorghum flour in Gujarati)

જુવાર લોટ (benefits of jowar, jowar flour in Gujarati): જુવારનો લોટ એક જટિલ કાર્બ છે અને તે લોહીના પ્રવાહમાં ધીરે ધીરે શોષી લે છે અને ઇન્સ્યુલિનની માત્રા વઘારસે નહીં. જુવાર અને તમામ ધાન્ય પોટેશિયમથી સમૃદ્ધ હોય છે. હાઈ બ્લડ પ્રેશરવાળા લોકો માટે પોટેશિયમ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે, કારણ કે તે સોડિયમની અસરને ઓછું કરે છે. તેથી ડાયાબિટીસના દર્દીઓ માટે સારું સલામત ભોજન છે પરંતુ તે લોકો માટે મર્યાદિત પ્રમાણમાં અને જેઓ સ્વસ્થ રહેવા અને ખાવા માંગે છે. ફાઈબર વધારે હોવાને કારણે, જુવાર ખરાબ કોલેસ્ટ્રોલ (LDL) ઘટાડે છે અને સારા કોલેસ્ટરોલ (LDL) ની અસરોમાં વધારો કરે છે. જુવારના ૧૭ ફાયદાઓ જુઓ.
