  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the jowar flour to it and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour.
  2. Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds, while stirring continuously using a whisk so that no lumps remain.
  3. Add ½ cup of water and jaggery, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
  4. Switch off the flame, add the banana and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
