मीठी मकई के दाने के फायदे, स्वास्थ्य विषयक (benefits of sweet corn kernels, makai ke dane in Hindi)

गुण - स्वीट कॉर्न फाइबर में समृद्ध होते हैं। इसमें मौजूद उच्च विटामिन बी3 - 2.61 मिलीग्राम / कप शरीर में कोलेस्ट्रॉल के स्तर को कम करने और बदले में हृदय स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जाना । मीठी मकई के दाने गर्भावस्था के लिए उच्च है क्योंकि इसमें फोलेट और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के रूप में ल्यूटिन होता है। अवगुण - स्वीट कॉर्न का ग्लाइसेमिक इंडेक्स 55 से 58 के बीच होता है और इसलिए यह मधुमेह रोगियों के लिए अनुकूल नहीं है और उन्हें इसका उपयोग प्रतिबंधित मात्रा में करना चाहिए। हालांकि स्वीट कॉर्न फाइबर का एक अच्छा स्रोत है, वसा में भी कम है और भूख को नियंत्रित करने में मदद करता सकता है, पर इसमें अन्य फाइबर समृद्ध सब्जियों की तुलना में अधिक कैलोरी होती है, इसलिए वजन घटाने के लिए इसके उपयोग को प्रतिबंधित करें। इसलिए यदि विकल्प दिया जाए  तो पहले अन्य सब्जियों को चुनना बुद्धिमानी होगी। पढ़ें क्या स्वीट कॉर्न स्वस्थ है?
