A good corn on the cob tastes best only with american sweet corn which is yellow.
Method- Clean the corn and trim the stems.
- Drop the corn in boiling salted water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cover in foil to preserve the heat.
- Serve hot with butter.
