Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp lemon rind
few drops of lemon colour
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of water in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Cool completely and use as required.

Such a nice and quick recipe. It has a very subtle flavour of lemon which tastes awesome when had with lemon cake. It''s a delightful combo.
