You must enjoy this delectable dish immediately on preparation if you want to experience the joy of biting into the freshly molten cheese, because it tends to get chewy after a while.

  1. Kids love this Cheese Paratha and the best part is that it is Whole Wheat Cheese Paratha recipe.  Paratha or stuffed paratha are sumptuous Indian flat-breads that can be relished with curd, pickle, raita or even sabji. They can be as simple as the plain paratha or something as filling as the mixed vegetable paratha or the rajgira paneer paratha. Below are some of my favorite stuffed paratha recipes that you can relish for breakfast or lunch

For the dough for Cheese Paratha

  1. For making the dough of cheese paratha, in a deep bowl, take 1 cup whole wheat flour.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Gradually add water to form a dough. The quantity of water will depend upon the quality of flour. Knead into a soft dough using enough water. We have used approx. 5 tbsp of water. While making stuffed paratha always knead the dough little soft so it is easy to stuff and roll the parathas.
