Very, very refreshing, this Ginger Cinnamon Tea is sure to put you back on the right track on a busy day! Ginger is said to improve digestion and relieve hyperacidity.

It helps stimulate saliva and so helps to remove acids. Sipping on ginger water half an hour before meals helps to prevent acidity.

This is an improvised Ginger Cinnamon Tea with the fine flavour of cinnamon and the pleasant sweetness of honey. You can skip the honey if it does not suit you.

Mildly spiced, this herbal tea will be well accepted by those who like the taste of ginger... Addition of honey makes it pleasing though for everyone..
