Very, very refreshing, this Ginger Cinnamon Tea is sure to put you back on the right track on a busy day! Ginger is said to improve digestion and relieve hyperacidity.
It helps stimulate saliva and so helps to remove acids. Sipping on ginger water half an hour before meals helps to prevent acidity.
This is an improvised Ginger Cinnamon Tea with the fine flavour of cinnamon and the pleasant sweetness of honey. You can skip the honey if it does not suit you.
You can also try Fresh Mint and Lemon Tea and Mint Drink .
- Combine the ginger, cinnamon and 2 cups of water in a non-stick saucepan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes.
- Strain the mixture.
- Add the honey and mix well.
- Serve warm.
