I have the neem dry leaves, and there not whole leaves there kind of broke up. As a diabetic what do you recommend: how tsps per cup and and how many times per day. Can I add a regular herbal tea bag to it to help with flavour. And can you add honey or stevia sweetener Thanks in advance for your help Pat Bordula

Tarla Dalal    You can use dry neem leaves to make herbal tea once a day. Adding herbal tea bag should not be a problem. Prefer to avoid honey or any other sugar substitute.
