Ingredients

2 capsicums

For the stuffing
100 gms paneer (cottage cheese), grated
2 tbsp White Sauce or fresh cream
1 capsicum , chopped
1/2 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

For the topping
2 tbsp grated cooking cheese
Method
    Method
  1. Cut the capsicums in half. Put in salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes and remove.
  2. Fill with the stuffing.
  3. Cover with the cooking cheese and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
