A colourful and crunchy salad.
Creamy, luscious and tangy, the Yoghurt Dip has a very exciting flavour that combines well with a large variety of snacks ranging from tikkis to nacho chips ! While the tang of the curds is heightened by the Tabasco sauce, the fresh cream helps to improve the mouth-feel and balance the flavour. Chopped herbs and greens add an exciting flavour, a pleasant crunch and a splash of colour to the dip. Keep this dip chilled till you serve as it will get watery if left outside.
Regale your senses with the fresh scents and peppy flavours of pineapple and celery, highlighted with a pinch of black salt! Pineapple gives this fibre-laden drink loads of iron and a good dose of vitamin C too, which improves the absorption of iron by your body. Celery contributes vitamin A to this cooling drink, which is a perfect treat on a hot summer’s day!
