Can we sun dry them instead? If yes, then how long do you recommend to sun dry all the ingredients?
| Hide Replies
Tarla Dalal    No you cannot sun dry them. Roasting of nuts gives a nice nutty flavour also stays fresh for a longer time.

It is required 1.2gm -2gm protein per kg weight lf someone has 70kg then minimum is 84gm and maximum is 140 gm protein on a daily basis. if it is correct then by this Recipe we are having only 1.7 gm with 2-3 tablespoons. Please advise.
