use silicon moulds and non stick cookware for cooking. use natural fruit juices and water for cooking instead of fats. use home made white butter use cows milk and cows milk products use brown natural products rather then refined and double refined products like use more of brown sugar rather then refined white sugar chemical free jagery which is dark in colour rather then light coloured bleached jaggery use whole grains for example lapsi granules, fadda rather then refined flours of wheat like maida use brown rice rather then white rice. use more of kodri, rava, kuti nu daro, vari rather then bleached refined rice. the above options are healthy, easy to digest, low calorie and tasty.
