Cheese Fondue ( Chips and Dips Recipe) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed February 09, 2012 by Mruga D

This is a classic cheesy garlicky thick fondue. Add white wine to enhance the taste. The thicker the fondue is, the better it tastes so heat it up real good. Serve with hard bread. Easy to make.

Corn and Jalapeno Fondue by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed February 09, 2012 by Mruga D

A great variation to Cheese Fondue. Onions. garlic. capsicums and tomatoes are sauteed and then milk and cheese is added to make a nice thick rich fondue. Jalapenos add a good spice to it. Serve with cut hard top bread pieces or pieces of French bread.

Dal Fry by Tarla Dalal

Really tasty Dal and becomes healthy when you cut the ghee quantity down. I love the mouth feel of the pressure cooked dal and this is a classic North Indian dal.

Reviewed February 07, 2012 by Foodie#436107

Hi Tarla, Badam ka Halwa turned out very well. It was so easy to make. But I had to use more than 1/3 cup of milk to grind almond to smooth paste. I had soaked almonds in water for more than 4 hours. YM
