Vermicelli Nut Idli by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 24, 2015 by Foodie #618511

I had tried vermicelli upma, but vermicelli idli is something different. It is so soft and fluffy. Vermicelli gives a nice mouth-feel. Also it is instant so its more helpful.. Tastes best with our regular chutney and sambhar.

Oil Free Soya Sauce Dressing by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 24, 2015 by Foodie #618511

making this dressing is really really quick.. It takes hardly any time and it tastes superb.. Add to any of your salads and, change the looking and taste of it completely. This garlicky dressing is little spicy in taste and little sweet too. Basically its tangy in taste..

Paneer and Corn Quesadillas ( Protein Rich Recipes ) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 24, 2015 by Foodie #618511

Paneer, Corn and capsicum is a hit combination. This delicious recipe isn't that time consuming. Little green chillies adds a slight spiciness flavour to it, but it is not at all spicy.

Maida Dosa ( Idli and Dosas ) by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed January 24, 2015 by Foodie #618511

I love these typpe of dosas. Mainly because they are instant and you dont have to ferment the batter. Little soft and lightly crisp, this dosas taste really good with sambhar and chutney.
