Baby Corn Masala by Tarla Dalal

Baby corn masala is a simple subzi with vegetables and masala. It is little spicy in taste but it tastes awesome! Although there is very little tomato, it gives a nice flavour to the subzi.

Bharvan Baingan Khichdi by Tarla Dalal
Reviewed Yesterday by Foodie #618511

You must have had Bharva Baingan and Khichdi but i am sure separately. Combine both the things and try. I tried it and loved it too. Baigan tastes little spicy while khichdi is light in taste. They both make a delightful fusion. Baking the dish at the end blends both the things amazingly into each other.

This soup has a tangy taste. I liked the flavour of oregano in it. Baked beans, onions, tomatoes makes a great combination in the soup. It is kind of similar to minestrone soup!
