ફૂદીનાના પાન (Benefits of Mint Leaves, Pudina in Gujarati): ફુદીનો ઐન્ટી-ઇન્ફ્લૈમટોરી વિરોધી હોવાથી પેટમાં બળતરા (inflammation) ઘટાડે છે અને શુદ્ધ અસર બતાવે છે. તાજો ફૂદીનો અને લેમન ટી જેવા સ્વાસ્થ્યપ્રદ પીણા નૉસીયાની લાગણીને દૂર કરવા માટે સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓ માટે શ્રેષ્ઠ વિકલ્પ છે. આ ઉપરાંત તે વિટામિન એ (આર.ડી.એના 10%) અને વિટામિન સી (20.25%) ઉધરસ, ગળામાં દુખાવો અને શરદીથી રાહત માટે કામ કરે છે. ફુદીનો એ એક એવી શાકભાજી છે જે કેલરી, કાર્બ્સ અથવા ચરબી એકઠા કર્યા સિવાય પોષક વાનગીઓ બનાવી શકે છે. મૂળભૂત રીતે તે જે પ્રદાન કરે છે તે ફાઇબર છે. ફુદીનાના પાનનો વિગતવાર ફાયદો વાંચો.
