Main Recipe
1 cup papaya balls (preferably the red variety)
1 1/2 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) balls scoops
1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) balls
To be blended into a honey-ginger dressing
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/4 tsp crushed freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
salt to taste
For the garnish
Method
- Arrange the scooped fruits in a bowl, pour the dressing and toss gently.
- Refrigerate till chill and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
