  1. Combine all the ingredients into a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 125 mm. (5?) diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using ¼ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  4. Serve immediately.

can I make this roti using only soya flour? plz reply

Tarla Dalal    Only soya flour rotis are difficult to roll. If you want to avoid wheat flour, you can use jowar flour instead.

Though low calorie, you cannot resist yourself from having it as it tastes just brilliant. Opt for this recipe if you want to loose weight but eat tasty food simultaneously!
