Crunchiness that will make you drool, flavour that will make you smack your lips, indeed the Carrot Fritters is a snack beyond comparison.
Made of grated carrot, crunchy spring onions and capsicums, held together with besan and perked up with a range of spice powders and herbs, Carrot Fritters has a please-all taste and exciting mouth-feel.
It can be enjoyed plain, with chutneys or with a luscious dip . You can also try other fritters like the Spicy Paneer Fritters and Baby Corn Fritters .
- Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape each portion into a 25 mm. (1’) diameter flat round fritter.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the fritters, a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately.
