- To make tandoori hummus, combine the kabuli chana, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, curds, tandoori masala powder, 2 tbsp of water and salt, in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving plate and pour olive oil and sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it.
- Refrigerate the tandoori hummus till use and serve with pita bread.
