Tahini paste is a simple combination of olive oil and sesame seeds but, you need to get the right balance so that it does not turn out bitter. You can drizzle it on wraps and pita pockets. It is even one of the most important ingredients in making an array of dips like Hummus and Labneh. In fact, you can just add curd to it to make a Tahini Dip and serve it with breads.

MuhhamarraMuhhamarra

Muhhamarra is a spicy, nutty dip made with walnut and red chilli paste. The addition of garlic and anardana enhances the flavor greatly. Another similar nutty dip is the Red Capsicum and Walnut Dip. Breadcrumbs provides it a unique texture making it an ideal dip for a mezze platter.

The Creamy Onion and Capsicum Curd Dip, with its subtle flavor makes it a great accompaniment to crunchy fresh vegetables, biscuits and other crispies.
