Ingredients
For The Falafel Sticks
For The Sun Dried Hummus
- 1 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
- 1/2 cup curd (dahi)
- 1/2 cup soaked and chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut each pita into 8 equal sized strips.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry a few pita strips at a time till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep aside.
- Serve the sun dried hummus with pita strips and serve immediately.

Pita bread with sundried hummus.. this recipe is really very nice.. and interesting too.. This worked great for a family get together.. All just loved the recipe..
