Tips for Healthy Indian  Soup Recipes

 

  1. Avoid cornflour and refined flours like maida. Instead, use healthier alternatives such as whole wheat flour to thicken your soup, which won't cause a rapid spike in blood sugar levels.
  2. Skip potatoes in your soup, as they can interfere with your body's fat-burning process.
  3. Do not add sugar. Sugar is a pro-inflammatory ingredient that can negatively affect your health. Instead, rely on the natural sweetness of your vegetables.
  4. Use fresh vegetables for maximum flavor and nutrients. Fresh ingredients provide the best taste and a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals.
