It is the style of cutting and level of cooking, which gives the Vegetable Chow Chow its unique texture and taste.
While common Chinese ingredients like garlic, green chillies and soya sauce are used to flavour this mixed vegetable preparation, a few spoons of cornflour binds them all together.
Serve the Vegetable Chow Chow immediately, to enjoy the vibrant flavour and texture of the juicy veggies.
Method- Combine the cornflour and 1½ cups of water in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
