  1. Combine the curds and salt in a deep bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes and serve chilled.

Method for onion raita

  1. To make onion raita, combine curd and salt in a deep bowl. 
  2. Whisk it well. Make sure there are no lumps left. 
  3. Add onions.

This raita is different as it has only onions in it along with chillies, coriander and spices. I serve this with North Indian food and they all love it.
