We have handpicked the healthiest recipes for you. They are quick and we have spent a lot of time sorting this fabulous collection for you. All the recipes have no soaking, baking or extensive cooking time. They are healthy.

Try our raitas which are super healthy. We have used full fat curds as this is healthy fat for you. Don't get fooled into using low fat curds as that is not healthy. Onion raita, Palak Raita, Burhana Raita and Tomato Onion Raita are tasty and my favourites.

Paneer has been used extensively also in this collection as its got good fat and protein. Use full fat paneer only. Try our collection of Malai paneer recipes.

I have included 2 homemade butter recipes. Make them as we have been using them in our kitchens for over 2 years on a daily basis. Peanut Butter and Almond Butter have all the good fat and protein. Don't buy the market butters are they are full of hidden sugar and use vegetable oil which is high in Omega 6 and not healthy.
