  1. Combine the curds, chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and ¼ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk.
  2. Add the aloo bhujiya and coriander and mix well.

This bhujia raita is made many times at my place, it is so quick and make, I either make the sev at home or buy the readymade one. I serve it along with stuffed parathas and my family enjoys it...
