1) methi leaves can be also used instead of palak.

2)to have green chillies instantly grind them in mixer and freeze it in ice tray.chilli cubes are handy and can be used instantly. same can be done with ginger and garlic.

In maharashtra, we call this dish bathawani as we use seed of mango known as batha in marathi.
don't clean the seeds of mangoes, let some pulp stick on the seeds.
if you like little sweet taste you can add little sugar.
